It would not surprise me if those thoughts crossed the minds
of a few lawyers when they signed notices of appeal, but generally the thought is expressed in more formulized and sanitized terms...lol.

I really appreciate that you were bothered by the fact that I was bothered. That is the problem with message boards....no way to immediately address disagreements or (more often than not) perceived disagreements.
