Yes, and under the "fruit of the poisonous tree" doctrine of our courts, all evidence obtained is equally poisonous and should be thrown out.

I think this would mean that all the seized bomb paraphernalia should be returned to the terrorists and their airline reservations should be restored.

As a gesture of good will I hope they will be given seats in first-class.

Sorry, can't comment on the other (PK); I haven't been following too closely. My circuits are little bit overloaded right now. I'm here on SI to try and make money too.

Do you invest also--is that how you initially got on SI?
