My issue was more with what he included. He grabbed some apples and oranges and called them libertarianism. Vouchers, for example, although not inconsistent in outcome with libertarianism were a social conservative initiative, only because they were losing the culture wars in the schools. Government health and retirement savings accounts aren't libertarian--banks are. He listed a bunch of stuff that counters the welfare state. That misses the mark.

He left out, for example, multiple state initiatives in the face of the SCOTUS takings decision. They're libertarian and they seems to have momentum.
