H33, I got the date wrong, poor memory for such things. My interest was what was the PPS doing before and after the announcement, so as to try to ascertain a potential entry point. Seems there was a good bit of accumulation the week prior(somebody knew) and then some selling about a week later. So results at this point are not conclusive for the now, but it is interesting from the historical perspective. H33, Now looking at the recent week it seems nobody knew, fact is looks like a lot of folks are probably not too happy with todays action, unless they were selling short. Just an elementary exercise, all of which proves nothing that I can see, other than todays sale seems like a good entry based on recent pricing. Of course tomorrow and the days to come will prove that out as well. The premise was, does their acquisition of an asset through dilution, effect PPS, jury is still out. Might have been more conclusive had this been a normal(what ever that is) day in the NR sector. Dave.
