No, interest rates are still good and they'll dicker. They were asking 725k. Agent called this morn gave me a line that they were now entertaining offers at 635-650. I told him to take the 635, cause I'd be significantly below that. I've been here before, I could here the disappointment in his voice.
I ran my numbers/thinking by him and I've got nothing to hide. It's an 'excellent' location and I want it for my home but the house is carp. I'll have to drop 200 into it if if drop a dime.
I'll let'em stew if I don't get it for my price that's fine. They'll be doing me a favor I don't need the headaches.
