so the delay's gop write-in replacement is Shelley Sekula-Gibbs, that's a hoot

we know from 2000 that if texas voters are too stupid to vote perfectly for her -- by spelling her name without errors -- they dont deserve to have their votes counted, even if their intent is obvious
