That cat is a hoot. I used to have one that would challenge anything. He was a twenty pound big framed black cat. The only animal that never backed down was an unneutered Akita.

After a dog got to know him, he would just casually stick a paw out as the dog passed by, and they would retreat or take a wide arc. I just don't see him chasing a bear up a tree though. (He passed earlier this year.)
