Good morning EK, The Value Line "Best and Worst Stocks - Last 13 Weeks" screen on Page 33 of their Summary and Index section shows continuing low speculation. This graphic is from that data: It's now in its 8th week of bullish reading. Note that since 1982 when I started to gather this data only 10% of the time has it given a "bullish" signal as now. Essentially every time has given us a near term rally (1 to 6 months) from the signal. I still feel the valuations are high enough to prevent significant improvement on previous recent highs but we should be able to see rallies back to those levels. Best regards, Tom
