Who cares? Dell has more than earned whatever crappy perception the public may come to have of it.

I belive that Dell is addressing the customer relations issues. in the conference call i believe they said they would be putting in around $100MM-150MM to improve customer satisfaction.

Sr K, about 4 years ago I had my Dell Inspiron battery replaced free because of a recall. I seem to remember they gave me an extra battery. The same laptop also reuired replacement of the HD and display. All those warranty repairs went smoothly.

Still, I would not buy a Dell today because the latest battery recall says they are slow learners.
