tejek..You've got about 70 million Evangelical Christians that think you and Elroy are wrong and will NEVER vote for a candidate that says any different. You've also got an EXTREMELY powerful Jewish lobby in the U.S. that agrees with them. You also have a DOD that considers Israel an indispensable ally in that part of the world. Three years ago, most Americans begrudgingly supported Bush's invasion of Iraq. I didn't. Three years later, a majority of Americans oppose the war. I tend to be a little early in my opinions.....that's all. ;-)
