"Step 10: After nuking Tel Aviv, play on the world's fears of a nuclear war. They'll prevent Israel from responding with their own nukes."

We will ignore the detail of how they would deliver said nuke on Tel Aviv. How would world opinion form quick enough to keep Israel from responding? It takes, at most, a couple of minutes to launch an IRBM or scramble planes or what ever is Israel's choice of delivery system. All 200+ nukes could be expended well before the rest of the world is even aware that Tel Aviv is gone.

I don't think your step (10)is plausible.

Do you really believe this would be the result? Israel would GLASS OVER any country that had nuked it, and ALL the arabs know this. They'd probably GLASS OVER ALL the Arab countries and Iran, just for good measure.

Your scenario skipped all the steps, besides being ludicrous fearmongering (why is it you right wingnuts are so into the fear?). The arabs have NO nukes. The KNOW Isreal has nukes on missiles, aircraft and submarines. They are NOT going to strike Israel.
