It's one of those "you have to see it yourself to appreciate it" deals. I've had my eye on a condo development that has been half finished and totally empty for at least a year. No signs of life.

I get so amused about the "speculators" buying up all the new condos down in Florida thinking they will make a killing. It NEVER occurs to them that the builders will just make more as the demand shows up, and sell them for whatever the market will pay. Most of the speculators who bought in the last year are going to lose money.

WCI'S new motto should be "Buy all you want, we'll make more".
