As you know, I don't get into the debate about particular companies and agree that many of the scammy companies claim NSS to cover their ills. BUTTTTTTT - there's plenty of scamming to go around. Hedge funds and MM's manipulating is just beginning to be exposed and thanks to Bob O'brien and others for bringing this to the public eye. No amount of name calling or ad hominem attacks will change this. It's lot of fun watching and listening to the testimony of Mark Aguirre exposing the SEC and its handling of the NSScam. It's also lots of fun to see those poor hedgies, that many seem to defend, suing the prime brokers, pointing the finger at them for scamming them with a naked short. It's no longer just a "baloney" brigage, TS, it's reality. It's not gonna stand when the cry is "my scam is ok, yours is not." Have a good day.
