'Wipe off' WHO (who are they? what are all their names?), WHERE are they (precision matters: can't 'wipe out' if you don't know where they are. For example, it seems to be very difficult to 'wipe out' just ONE GUY, OBL....), and lastly: HOW? And, also very important to consider: will actions of one kind or another CREATE MORE of 'them', and at a rate faster then we can kill folks??????? (If so, then that's likely not an optimal strategy....) Re: "What is the rest of the world going to do....?" What do you imagine the rest of the world would do? (What is the attitude usually to 'wiping out' great masses of people?) Re: "regardless of the consequences." There are some 'consequences' that are too terrible to be ignored....
