America badly needs national health care, and to take the gross windfall profits and corruption out of the health care business. It's driving us into bankrupcy and endangering the lives of millions of working Americans. Literally. National health care will also save US jobs as US corporations will be able to compete against countries like Japan much more easily. The US is the only developed nation without national health care. Only because profiteering insurance and drug companies nhave corrupted our congress and White House. That lobby has given Bushies something like 100 million in order to gouge us for hundreds of billions.
