in the USXP Summary Judgment info posted on Friday on the PLNI board...It should be pointed out that most of the infraction by USXP and its officers and consultants had to do with the selling of millions of dollars worth of unregistered USXP shares

- and it seems that PLNI AND TUREK might HAVE BEEN DOING the same, ONLY it appears to be on a much bigger scale. so I guess one could possibly conclude it is very "imitate" of each other.

Word spin scion. Look at the chart on the 28th... That is the imitation I was referring to, not my words twisted out of context.
