I have yet to see a mosquito in my yard. Yellow jackets -- now that's a different story. Today I was watering my apple trees and decided to pick a small apple. I was instantly hit about six or seven times. My wife put so much baking soda paste on me I looked like a mummy.

We do have mosquitoes here, but mostly down by the lake and river.

My brother said they don't have them in Alaska where he is.
