911 was on Bush's watch. 911 was on the Republican's watch. But it was prepared in the middle east and in the United States during the 4 years preceding the Bush Election. The Clinton administration had 4 years to discover what was going on, and Failed. The Pilots were being trained in the US while Clinton chased skirts in the Oval Office. The Bush administration had 6 months to get settled into office and discover what 4 years of Democratic rule had missed. George Bush failed to discover what Bill Clinton had missed for 4 years.
