ted's just repeating the latest rhetoric from enemies of the US who repeats the latest rhetoric from the democrats... foxnews.com Chavez said he wishes the best for the American people and hopes they one day "live under democracy, because they live under a fascist dictatorship." Sound familiar?

No I understand the meaning of and the history of fascism rather well. That's why I know it doesn't describe our government. Thomas in his originating post was not saying that the current gov't is fascist but rather it is moving in that direction. With that caveat, I concur.
