Saddam only started paying money to Palestinian bomber families after Bush was threatening to wipe him out. Saddam did this to try to rally support in the Muslim world even though he's secular and not Islamic. The biggest supporters of Palestinian bombers are the Saudis, Bush's favorite country. Has Saddam ever associated with terrorists? Maybe a few, but he was never in with the Islamics because they wanted him out of power. In fact, no one has killed more Islamics than Saddam has. Who do you think filled his mass graves?
