You see, if the cluster bombs are not killing Jews, it is not a war crime.

That's one rule. I think another rule is when the US uses cluster bombs it's not a war crime.

It's ironic that Hezbollah Katushas are more civilian friendly than US cluster bombs.

A Kutusha either blows up or breaks up into pieces that never go off. While unexploded cluster bombs lay around for years, even decades just waiting for someone to walk by. We have millions of little American flags laying around Afghanistan waiting to remind the Afghans that we were there.
