Times has an op ed today blasting this judges ruling because its will not survive challenge because its reasoning was so weak and it was so partisan. The writer is sympathetic to the liberals but more or less says stupid does not equal liberal and liberal policy will lose with these liberal idiots on the bench. The would have had a better chance winning if a conservative judge ruled against them and they launched an effective appeal.
