The Bushies knew they had or had the WH for 10 MONTHS before 911. They didn't care about AQ. They wanted to do everything 180 degrees opposite from the Clinton WH just for spite. They are juveniles, children, idiots and nitwits. They are incompetents. So the Democrats who had 4 years to prevent 9/11 are competent wonderful people, and the Republicans are incompetent because they missed it while holding the White House from February to September, is that what you are telling me? Makes total sense.....
