true and if you look at the sectors making up the S&P -- you'd see you had to be pretty selective to not be better off for having sold and gone away.

exceptions: healthcare [although this one topped earlier??], utilities, consumer staples

i.e. utlities and staples sounds like defensive plays won, since May -- even as bonds did ... [sorry -- don't everyone tell me that's temporary -- already heard that]
