Quit smearing judges for following the law. It is obvious, painfully obvious, no question about it that Bush's warrantless domestic spying program is completely illegal and un-Constitutional. There isn't a single non-partisan legal expert in the world who agrees with Bush on this issue. There is also no proof whatsoever that Bush has used (abused) this program to catch any terrorists. Bush just wants to be a dictator.

Think about this. What if a leftwing presdient were to take power and decide that all rightwingers had to go. He could abuse this same program to spy on all rightwinger leaders and special interests and undercut and sabotage them, blackmail them, steal from them, destroy them, steal all the elections.

Bush could be doing the same thing, wanting a rightwing dictatorship. Which is fascism.
