Does CW have their own bank line of credit to buy I do not know.

Countrywide, symbol CFC, is one of the 27 (28?) primary dealers of the Fed. Goldman Sachs is another - so yes, they do have quite the credit line.

Does Wells Fargo take the 20% second too? That asset value on the books for sure gets crammed down to zero in coming years.
