WRONG! The Constitution is clear about our rights. Any president who thinks he can spy on anyone without a warrant is trying to be a dictator and trashing the Constitution. It's inexcuseable, especially since he's deliberately avoiding the FISA court where he's required by law to go, and which would bend over backwards to help against any real terrorist suspects. Also, Bush has been avoiding congress, and that's unconstitutional too. Without checks and balances we are no longer a democracy.

Also, I might add Bush-Cheney have proven they cannot be trusted. Look what they did to Valerie Plame.
