Nope. America doesn't have that kind of patience. The chimp Caesar is already to the point where he's abandoning other provinces to the insurgents in Iraq, just so he can protect the Green Zone and the new Iraqi government and at least pretend to being in control of the situation. But he isn't - the insurgents are.
