"As long as Lament loses, I'm tickled."

If Lieberman's standing in the polls keep deteriorating at the same rate, Lamont isn't going to lose.

Its a long three months til elections. I suspect we may see deja vu play itself out. One important tell was that article from East Hartford that I posted. East Hartford is an example of the Dems' natural base........its urban blue color in transition.....and yet they were lamenting that ole Joe never shows his face...but Lamont managed to get there albeit a little late. Now how much do you want to bet Lieberman doesn't have a problem getting to affluent West Hartford which is more typical of the GOP's stomping grounds.

Back to East Hartford, there is something very likeable about Lamont..........wholesome and authentic..........even as Lieberman gives off the smell of dirty cronyism and political expediency......like he would do in his mother for a vote. And Lamont has plenty of time to get his message out.

Meanwhile, I made my contribution to Lamont's campaign yesterday. It felt good!
