There are many excellent Income Trusts many of the good companies have converted. You are wrong about money flowing out of the country. Hence the strong rise of the Canadian Dollar against many other currencies. If money was flowing out of the country there would be no demand for the CAD$ therefore it would be sinking. The opposite is true. The CAD$ is in high demand all over the world as companies and investors rush here to participate and drive the beginning of the secular boom.
