I looked at the problem, and suggested what I saw as a possible solution. Once the bomblets are on the ground, Changing the color is the solution. This wasn't a new problem that was discovered in Afghanistan. The same thing happened in Bosnia. The US military has taken the position: they can tell the difference. Shards of steel or ball bearings the intent is the same, to shred human flesh. I can hardly believe the cease fire has lasted this long. I don't think either side wants a repeat just now. They need some time for the memories to fade. You mentioned the IDF not caring, do you think any Muslim cares when a Jew dies? Yes, there are 1.2 Billion Muslims in the world. They're not all terrorists. There are some 1-2 million Muslims just in London. If even 10% didn't care, we would all be in serious trouble. Everyone lied. Every party involved lied to everyone else in order to get a ceasefire. They all lied before the cease fire. Bush lies when he says it's a "win for diplomacy"; he lies when he says "Isarel won". Who is this guy trying to kid? When they came back it was from the camps and right away the killing started again. The death camps were done by the Christians. The US Christians didn't join the Allies to save the Jews. It was us Christians that developed and perfected the biological and chemical weapons, the nuclear bombs, the cluster bombs, the daisy cutters and so on. And we just love selling them in the third world. It helps the trade balance and GDP numbers. Muslims are small time amatuers compared to the Christian killing machines. Every day they know that some crazy Muslim may kill their son, their daughter, their wife, their father. Muslims have been killing Jews since 622 ad. Since the 1920's there have been terror attacks. Man has been killing man for a lot longer than that. I might have the first recorded acts of terrorism. The plagues as they appear in the Torah are: 1. (Exodus 11:1-12:36) death of the firstborn ('Makat Bechorot') So the israelis will lose some who cannot take the strain, but every year at Passover the say to their families "Next year in Israel." So some young men will come to fight in Israel every year. Israel is a dream, the religious home of the Jews. I think that over the last 5 years or so, there has been a net loss of Jews in Israel. Israel is also looking at the Arab population in Israel whose birth rate is higher than the Jewish birth rate. A major reason for Israel to reject the Palestian right of return is it changes the demographics rapidly.
