I think the correction up is complete or close to complete. For the NASADAQ i have added my labels in light blue to your chart:

rpi.edu

For the SPX and Dow the formation is clearly complete. For the NASDAQ either my 5 of C needs to run some more or it is truncating.

I see that you clearly think that the current correction from the May highs are over and we are now going to new highs..... Guess that is where we disagree.

On the longer term counts, I agree with your counts on the All Ords and DAX etc. as being possible. But your count for the NASDAQ over the last few years seems to have wave 5 impossibly extended...
