Didn't work in Canada..... worked fine for many years when it was just hand guns and automatic weapons. They built a registry to register every gun, and it cost billions and made things worse. Some people might think that Texas is a conservative's dream come true. A well used Death penalty state, tough on crime, well known for their tough prison systems, just about ideal when it comes to gun control, sic not much. [My wife gave me one of those refigerator magnets. An outline of the state of Texas with the words. "We don't call 911."]. Please note that with the high incarceration rate, Texas still has always had a crime rate above the national average. Sic, even though they throw more criminals in prison, they still have enough criminals on the street to commit crimes above the national average. P.S. I had a longer and more detailed version once.
