That is more or less of my take, too. Liquidity at current level has to be drained, or all else will beak loose, I conjure. Waiting for such a slowdown to reposition myself.

But some are still injecting. For example, China will have to step up doing so some time soon down the road, I suspect, to rescue the worked poor in cities and working poor in the countryside. The reason why CN RMB Yuan will be lower in the intermediate term while some speculative capital will still be trapped in "hard" assets. In fact, Yuan gained against US$ while depreciated against Euro, let alone my favorite loonie.

Good for you in that you still have a clear picture in your mind. I am still confused, probably even more so now.
