Oh, you might be able to force some awkward parallels, but I'm certainly not a fundamentalist of any religious sort nor do I care about religious history, and I see the threat that Bush sees, therein lies the defect in your logic... you're focussing way too much on some religious aspect that may or may not actually exist, it's completely irrelevant to the facts, that is that these moslum nut jobs want to destroy us... the obvious fact is that the moslums see this as a religious war, the West sees this as a fight for survival against those moslum fundamental extremists who want us dead, what could be simpler? Look at history, they've done this before, and anything you add to that mixture is your own project and subjective perceptions... if what you say is true, then how come the Pope doesn't add his two cents?
