It would take a boat load of planes to knock 200 missiles out of the air. However, it would be nice to be able to neutralize nuclear weapons before countries like n korea and iran get the technology. I didn't see how the excalibur tech would be much different than existing stuff, but they can certainly drop one of those bombs anywhere they want it. Obviously, the containment of damage outside of the exact coordinate continues to limit civilian casualties, so the more accurate the bomb and the explosion from the point of impact, the better!!
