Cat..i must admit i think President Bush...and the administration, is somewhat adrift. We do not have a winning strategy right now in Iraq...and boy do we need one. We are not acting like a superpower...Iran is tweaking us all over the map. The administration and Israel played the Lebanon war wrong...they should have cleared out Hezbollah while they had them in their sights...if we get chatter from other nations lamenting the action....that's just tough....in point fact we can destroy any nation in about 5 minutes. Of course i am not advocating same but where is the boldness????...this administration has about two months to get it right overseas and convince the American people that we are indeed in a worldwide war against a new kind of facism....a war against literally millions of people who want all Americans dead. People that kill innocent children, babies, it does not matter for them. Iran is raising up the Islamic crescent from Indonesia to the Sudan....hasn't anyone heard them for the last 25-30 years since the hostage crisis...all the mullahs end their sermons with 'Death To America'..now they are about to go nuclear. The administration has got to get the threat right and convey it clearly so our nation will wake up, drown out those who want to cut and run, remember 9-11 every day, and act accordingly. The terrorists are desperate to get a nuclear state and to go nuclear....Pakistan already has the bomb...why do you think they have tried to kill Musharraf 6 or 8 times? They WANT the bomb...and Iran could deliver it. We have got to get the American people up to speed on the threat...instead of ebbing since we have had no attack here for 5 years the threat is growing every day....muslims are being sold a bill of goods over the internet and a lot of young men and women are buying in...we have no real idea of how many jihaddists there are out there...and i dread the day that is coming when we will find out. Don't those who want to pull this country 'in' and cut the legs out from under our intelligence agencies understand what almost happened in London two week ago? We need the President Bush back who with the bullhorn clearly stated....'and the people who did this will hear from ALL OF US soon'. It was all of us back then...it needs to be all of us again......because it is going to take the iron will of a united nation to defeat this enemy.gpg
