You do not argue that aluminum tubes were for centrifuges when experts clearly said they were of the wrong size and had the wrong coating

That could be a lie, or it could be confirmation bias, or it could be initial information showed one thing, and Bush was to stubborn to change his mind on the issue once he set it, or it could be something else. None of the three specific things I mentioned are good, but only one of them is a lie.
