You present minimal evidence and next to no logic for your proposition - That Bush directly/specifically/deliberately lied about WMD to get the country to support the invasion of Iraq.

Your evidence is sold for all sorts of other possible conclusions. Such as "Bush and/or officials in his administration made inaccurate, incorrect, and/or misleading statements about Iraq WMD", or "Bush presented a case for the idea that Iraq had a large ongoing WMD program that was not adequately supported by the facts". But not "Bush lied".

A lie is not an incorrect statement, or even an incorrect statement made by someone who "should have no better". A lie is not selectively considering, or selectively presenting the evidence. A lie is not carelessness in considering or presenting the evidence, or being so convinced that your ideas are right that you see something as evidence for your case, when in fact it is not evidence.

Its pretty hard to prove someone lied because you have to know what they are thinking. The charge that people have lied is thrown around far to easily on SI an elsewhere. Its very easy to accuse someone of lying but very hard to prove it. Nothing that you have presented constitutes proof.

Even Colin Powell, who presented that evidence in front of the UN, now acknowledges that he was had.

Really? Please link to where Colin Powell says "I was lied to by the administration."
