If I was Canacord and wanted to unload my soon to be trading PP paper I bought around $2, and wanted to let my multimillionaire clients who took down the PP too to sell down to freebies without too much damage to the stockprice, that's what I would write too:-)

Lots of ways to interpret sparse data.
