Almost every statement in your post is false. "This is the most corrupt congress in history", is at least extremely unlikely. "almost only on the rightwing side" is nonsense. "Democrats didn't take a single dollar from Abramoff, is false.

AS, the very fact that the Democrats chose not to make the Abramoff scandal an issue, goes to show that all these Congressfolks are birds of the same feather. If the Democrats pursued the Abramoff situation, then many Demos would also be swooped up. I asked my Congressman, a Democrat, why the Dems did not pursue the issue and he just shrugged in response.
