From the perspective of some people it appears that Muslims worship a God made up by a man trying to justify his shortcomings. To summarize what others have been saying about Mohammad:

He married for money and then wanted more, so he made polygamy legal in his new religion. He couldn't remain honest in contract dealing so he made it legal to cheat people who were different. He failed as a military leader so he said it was ok to have truce to build a force to overcome the militarily superior. He had married for money so he didn't need to earn a living; he made interest on capital illegal to gain popularity with the masses.

"I believe that the right to freedom and the pursuit of happiness are fundamental human rights; they are not just something we should practice at home but not allow others to have. By always helping the cause of freedom in every corner of the world, we can look at ourselves and see good. Even if despots attempt to portray us as something other than we are, we know that there is no higher secular cause than freedom. Some people never mature enough to perceive things outside the template that they learned in youth, but mature people see things and reach their own conclusions."

let's say my wife and I are fundamentalist Muslims and we wish to be free to pursue our fundamentalist Muslim beliefs. That makes us happy.

You do your thing without impinging my freedoms and I will not bother you. Your rights of freedom of speech do not give you the right to yell fire in a crowded theatre. If you desire to limit my rights then go to a place like Saudi Arabia. Don’t try to make Riad on the Hudson.

"you do not have a true God. "

You are entitled to your opinion. IMHO that opinion is wrong.

But you do not have a true God.

You have the unbelievable arrogance in the face of God to tell someone else that their God is false and only your God is the right one? Not to mention that the Christian and Muslim Gods are one and the same, the only difference is the way Christians and Muslims SEE their God.

To die as a Persian or an Arab in defense of one's homeland and religion as ONE person is greater than your Western Nations can achieve with ALL their WARS and ALL their BOMBS.

Congratulations, you've fallen for the greatest lie that's ever been foisted on millions of people...through it you should be able to reach the apex of being a Muslim.....by blowing the crap out of yourself and hopefully you'll take some of your like thinking Muslims with you when you go........
