Clinton was never offered Bin Laden. That's a total lie. Albright never said he was offered him either. because he wasn't. It never happened. Notice in the rightwing spin article you posted never once does it say Sudan ever offered Clinton Osama. It's double-speak disinformation, part of a smear campaign to protect and deflect the fact that it was Bush at Tora Bora who let Osama get away, and he hasn't made any apparent effort to catch him since. That was four years ago.
