gee and bubba the rapist never brought up welfare reform in his first two years when the dems had control of congress, image that. Wonder why?? Gee why after Newt and the repubs took over the house and had welfare reform as one of their points with the contract with america, Mr. 'wouldn't take a shit without taking a poll' Clinton all of a sudden care about it. HMMM. What a slime ball and you bought it hook line and sinker. Doesn't say much about you, now does it?
