"You nearly quoted something I only wrote this AM.... "

Right. That's because you love yourself so much that you repeat it like a broken record.

"... you want me to pull up that message you left me on iHub analyzing the Spiral Trades on my site?"

OK. Once in a blue moon; and only because you posted it on Larry's site, which you also never visit except once in a blue moon. Also, why the hell are you following me around on other message boards? -- you must be some sort of demented stalker. If I find your posts on other message boards, it is only by accident. On the other hand, you seem to follow me around with great effort ... an unrelated (to inflation) reference by you to a solar energy post I made proves my point.

"yadda yadda crap about real estate but with no substance...."

Also: "My capital gains are close to 7 figures now so I'd still have a huge tax bill to pay."

That's because you didn't understand a word I wrote. If you would flip your residence once in a while then you could take all the capital gains without paying any taxes. How do you suppose I bought over 100 acres north of Da Bay Area and paid cash? You are an idiot when it comes to real estate (and a few other things).

".. pompous is a word that comes to mind."

It doesn't surprise me that only one word ever comes to your mind.

"BTW, you have not "retired" you simply went into the house flipping real estate business."

Really. Didn't I write that I never intend to sell this place and that I sold my second residence?

"Great if you enjoy it half as much as I enjoy what I do. If I am lucky, ..."

Such a gambler. Ignorance is bliss. If you are thinking of reverse mortgages then that seems to be an admission that you are really living on the edge. I don't intend to ever sell my property; and I will not live off of it like some kind of leech. I don't need the money. The property will be put into a trust which prevents its sale and with all the money required for its maintenance, then I will donate it to a worthy relative or to an organization that will maintain it and allow public visitors.

And so here I am -- five days later -- responding to your message. You truly are boring. We'll see if in the following week I manage time to respond to any of your new gibberish.
