If I am not mistaken it's in the very beginning of the movie Loose Change SE. They have a quote of Rumsfeld when he was giving an interview in the Pentagon to Parade magazine recalling the events of 9/11 and he pulled a Silverstein slip-up and accidently said a "missile" hit the building. Of course the building he was giving the interview in was the Pentagon so obviously he let it slip that a missile hit the Pentagon. I think later they tried to explain it away by saying he meant missile in the sense that airplanes were used as "missiles".
