I believe you that you couldn't figure it out. Just believe me when I tell you I don't cut people off without a pretty good reason- but once I have the reason, I'm usually done. The folks I've given second chances to have gone back to do the same old shit to me- so I can't say I find giving folks a second chance works out that well.

I don't expect you to keep a list. But I keep one that makes sense to me- so if you see me ban someone, there is a good reason.
