Great stuff EC, two things: 1) written language only goes back about 700 years BC. Before that it is all a big black hole of ignorance. 2) Ghengis Kahn had great horsemen that lived on a horse and were great bowman, so his army traveled very light. His soldiers wore silk and so enemy arrows were easy to pull out without tearing up a lot fo flesh (I think we discussed this before). 3) Becasue they traveled so light and fast the crusaders in heavy armor were an easy target. Ghengis Kahn also said how satisfying it was to destroy and loot a village and rape all the women. Great fun-lol.
