Carter agreed to pay off Egypt so they would play nice with Israel. Israel seized the Sinai from Egypt and was eager to pump out billions of dollars in black gold. When Carter tried to get Israel to give it back in the interests of peace the Israelis laughed and said why should we give up all this fertile oil-rich land we swiped from Egypt? It's worth billions and billions of oil. So Carter cut a deal so he would go down in history as some sort of peace-making President. He agreed to step up foreign aid to Israel by approx $2 billion a year to compensate Israel for the oil money they would forfeit by giving back the Sinai to Egypt. Then Carter agreed to give the Egyptians a billion dollar allowance each year to play nice with the Israelis. So you see with Carter how Israel became a $3 billion year albatross around our neck. Not only do we have to fork over $6 billion a year to the Israelis, but we also have to pay off their neighbors to play nice! The warring nation of Khazars over there in Palestine falsely calling itself "Israel" has cost the U.S. taxpayer hundreds of billions of dollars. And for what? What has the so-called kingdom of "Israel" ever done for us? They tap our phones, bribe our politicians, run drugs and prostitution rings in America, slaughter American sailors with Napalm on the USS Liberty, spy on our country, commit attacks of terror and blame it on Arabs to provoke us to war, etc. And people wonder why there are stereotypes about "Jew-deals" and such.
