Mquarice, to accept one premise of the concerted attack by five of the EC 6 (the sixth being unlicensed Broadcom), one must believe that all of those large and sophisticated companies, and their best engineers and lawyers, only years later had realized that they had been fleeced by Qualcomm when they agreed to 3G licenses, and as negotiations with Nokia for a renewal had bogged down by the introduction of a novel patent counting strategy.Such a simultaneously shared epiphany is inherently incredible.
